calc-hq.ca is an independent, one-person project that builds and maintains Canadian payroll, tax and benefit calculators. We don't offer tax advice or handle individual return questions — for those, the CRA, Revenu Québec and Service Canada are the right places to go.
What to email about
One address covers everything: partnerships@calc-hq.ca. It's the right place for:
- Sponsorship & advertising — partnership and ad-placement enquiries.
- Corrections — a rate or result that looks off. Include the page and the figure you expected; these get priority, because accuracy is the whole point of the site.
- General inquiries — anything else about the site or how a calculator works.
