You may use the calculators and content on this site for personal, non-commercial planning and informational purposes. This includes estimating payroll deductions, comparing take-home pay scenarios, and reviewing federal and provincial tax rate references for the current tax year.

You may not: use this site for any unlawful purpose; redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit content from this site without written permission; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract calculator logic for use in a competing product; use this site to generate official tax documents or substitute for professional tax filing services; or misrepresent calculator outputs as official CRA determinations.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, calculator logic, and code on Calc-HQ.ca are the intellectual property of the site operators. Rate data sourced from CRA and ESDC publications is used under fair reference for informational purposes and remains the property of the respective government agencies. No license to reproduce or redistribute site content is granted except as explicitly stated in these terms.
